Christopher S. Moore is the President of CSM Capital Corporation. Before forming CSM Capital Corporation in 2004, Chris was Vice Chairman of ABN AMRO. Prior to the acquisition of ING Barings LLC by ABN AMRO, he was a Senior Managing Director of ING Barings LLC and Head of Corporate Finance in the Americas and Deputy Chief Executive of the Americas. Chris was Head of Fixed Income and Chairman of the Investment Banking Division of Furman Selz before its acquisition by ING Barings LLC. He was also a member of Furman Selz’s Operating Committee and Board of Directors. Prior to that, Chris was at UBS Securities as a Managing Director in charge of Fixed Income Capital Markets and a member of the firm’s Investment Banking Committee.
Chris was elected general partner of Bear Stearns & Co in 1985 and was in charge of their Capital Markets and International Corporate Finance Departments. He also served as a member of the firm's Management and Commitment Committees. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at E.F. Hutton & Company.
Chris serves as Treasurer of the Lincoln Fund, a New York based foundation. Mr. Moore is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Opera Guild, where he serves as a member of the Executive Committee, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance and Investment Committee.
Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in 1979.
Peter J. Pell | Managing Director

Peter J. Pell is a Managing Director at CSM Capital Corporation. Peter is responsible for managing advisory relationships with high net worth families, foundations and endowments including broad aspects of capital management such as closely held business interests, cash flow, credit, philanthropic, insurance, tax and estate planning. In addition, as a member of our Investment Committee Peter is responsible for assisting in determining overall investment themes as well as identifying and evaluating optimum investment managers for our clients.
Peter was previously a Managing Director for Wilmington Trust Company, where over his 11-year career he helped build the New York office from inception to an office managing over $6 Billion for high net worth families, foundations, and endowments.
Peter is a graduate of the University of Richmond, New York University (Stern School of Business) Personal Financial Planning Graduate Program, Cannon Trust School, and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania's Private Wealth Management Program. He is also a registered life insurance broker and a member of the Economic Club of New York.
Eric B. Hantman | Managing Director

Eric B. Hantman is a Managing Director at CSM Capital Corporation. Eric’s responsibilities include development of the firm’s investment offering, portfolio implementation, and overseeing client relationships. He is also a member of CSM Capital’s Investment Committee. In addition, Eric is responsible for manager selection, due diligence and oversight of real estate strategies, including the First Neck Self-Storage Fund, a private equity vehicle created by CSM Capital focused on acquiring self storage facilities across the U.S.
Eric has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry and previously worked at UBS Financial Services, Inc. In 2003, Eric graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Kerry J. Brosky | Senior Vice President

Kerry J. Brosky is a Senior Vice President responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative duties and maintaining the relationships and client accounts with our custodians and trustees. Prior to joining CSM Capital Corporation, Kerry was the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman of ABN AMRO. Previously, she oversaw the support staff of the Investment Bank at ING Barings LLC (formerly Furman Selz) where she was also the Executive Assistant to the Head of Investment Banking. Before that, she was the Executive Assistant to the Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets at UBS Securities. Prior to that, she was an Executive Assistant at Field Point Capital Corporation working for the President. Kerry also worked for the Head of Corporate Finance at Columbia Savings and Loan in Beverly Hills, California prior to her position at Field Point Capital Corporation. Kerry started her career as a sales assistant on the Capital Markets Desk at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. and went on to work for the Head of Capital Markets and International Investment Banking at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. Kerry attended St. John's University in Jamaica, New York and the School of Irish Studies in Dublin, Ireland.

Gus Vlamakis is a Managing Director at CSM Capital Corporation. Gus is primarily responsible for operations related functions, providing support to third-party vendors and clients. Gus also assists the investment management team on various projects and market research. Additionally, Gus controls the firm’s IT infrastructure and advises on business procedures. Gus graduated from CUNY, Queens College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Margaret (Mimi) F. MacCowatt is an Associate and a member of the Investment Committee. Mimi provides market research and analysis to the Investment Committee, conducts active manager due diligence, and assists in weekly and monthly performance reports. Mimi graduated from Washington & Lee University in June 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, minoring in Mass Communications. During her 4 years at college, Mimi was a summer analyst at BNY Mellon for the Dreyfus Intermediary Client Engagement team and a summer analyst at Williams Jones & Associates, LLC.
Louis Balzano | Operations Administrator

Louis Balzano is an Operations Administrator at CSM Capital Corporation. Louis assists in the production of monthly performance reports, preparation of portfolio allocation exhibits, reconciliation of account balances, and production of pitch books for prospects. Louis was previously at Oppenheimer & Co, where he was part of the managed account support group. He facilitated daily reconciliations, finalized monthly and quarterly performance reporting and worked on the opening of new client accounts. Louis graduated from Manhattanville College, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Mary Margaret Grassell | Analyst
Mary Margaret Grassell is an Analyst and a member of the Investment Committee. Mary Margaret provides market research and analysis to the Investment Committee, conducts active manager due diligence, and assists in weekly and monthly performance reports. Mary Margaret graduated from Washington & Lee University in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, minoring in Mass Communications. During her 4 years at college, Mary Margaret was a summer analyst at Brighton Partners Equity and Bank of New York Mellon.
