Team Biographies


Christopher S. Moore

 is the President of CSM Capital Corporation. Before forming CSM Capital Corporation in 2004, Mr. Moore was Vice Chairman of ABN AMRO. Prior to the acquisition of ING Barings LLC by ABN AMRO, he was a Senior Managing Director of ING Barings LLC and Head of Corporate Finance in the Americas and Deputy Chief Executive of the Americas. Mr. Moore was Head of Fixed Income and Chairman of the Investment Banking Division of Furman Selz before its acquisition by ING Barings LLC. He was also a member of Furman Selz’s Operating Committee and Board of Directors.

Prior to that, Mr. Moore was at UBS Securities as a Managing Director in charge of Fixed Income Capital Markets and a member of the firm’s Investment Banking Committee. Before that, Mr. Moore was President of Field Point Capital Corporation, a Greenwich-based merchant banking firm. Prior to joining Field Point Capital, Mr. Moore was with Columbia Savings and Loan Association as an Executive Vice President in charge of Corporate Finance and a member of its Executive Committee.

Before joining Columbia Savings and Loan Association, Mr. Moore had been with Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. as a General Partner and, ultimately, a Senior Managing Director in charge of their Capital Markets and International Corporate Finance Departments. He also served as a member of the firm's Management and Commitment Committees. Prior to that, Mr. Moore was a Vice President at E.F. Hutton & Company.

Mr. Moore serves as Treasurer of the Lincoln Fund, a New York based foundation. Mr. Moore is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Opera Guild, where he serves as a member of the Executive Committee, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance and Investment Committee.

Mr. Moore received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in 1979.

David A. Kenney

 is a Managing Director responsible for initiating new client relationships and assisting in managing existing relationships. In addition, he assists in reviewing manager performance and in evaluating potential new managers and in other asset allocation decisions.

Mr. Kenney was previously at The Winter Group, where he helped build a fully integrated mortgage origination, securitization, distribution, due diligence, servicing and asset management platform. Previously, he was a Managing Director specializing in the telecommunications industry at ING Barings/ABN Amro, where his investment banking relationships included Bell Canada Enterprises (BCE), TeleSat Canada, Inmarsat, Intelsat, Globecomm Systems, ViaSat, and Arianespace (France). Earlier, he co-founded the Telecommunications Investment Banking Group at UBS Securities, and his clients included Telebras (Brazil), Ericsson, Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and E.I. DuPont de Nemours.

Prior to that, Mr. Kenney was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Drexel Burnham, where he completed financial advisory and capital raising assignments for The Robert M. Bass Group, Great American Savings, CrossLand Savings, American Capital, and other companies. He first entered the investment banking business at E.F. Hutton & Company in 1977. During his Wall Street career, Mr. Kenney has assisted his clients at the senior banker level in a wide range of transactions, including strategic advisory, valuations, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, public and private debt, convertible debt, equity offerings, and structured products. Mr. Kenney is a graduate of Harvard College.

Peter J. Pell

 is a Managing Director at CSM Capital Corporation. Mr. Pell is responsible for managing advisory relationships with high net worth families, foundations and endowments including broad aspects of capital management such as closely held business interests, cash flow, credit, philanthropic, insurance, tax and estate planning. In addition, as a member of our Investment Committee Peter is responsible for assisting in determining overall investment themes as well as identifying and evaluating optimum investment managers for our clients.

Mr. Pell was previously a Managing Director for Wilmington Trust Company, where over his 11-year career he helped build the New York office from inception to an office managing over $6 Billion for high net worth families, foundations, and endowments.

Mr. Pell is a graduate of the University of Richmond, New York University (Stern School of Business) Personal Financial Planning Graduate Program, Cannon Trust School, and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania's Private Wealth Management Program. He is also a registered life insurance broker and a member of the Economic Club of New York.

Eric B. Hantman

 is a Senior Vice President at CSM Capital Corporation. Mr. Hantman is responsible for the development and implementation of due diligence and proprietary financial models specializing in asset allocation and manager selection. Mr. Hantman also focuses on the management of the First Neck portfolios of hedge funds. Mr. Hantman has over 7 years experience in the financial services industry and previously worked at UBS. In 2003, Mr. Hantman graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Kerry J. Brosky

 is a Vice President responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative duties and maintaining the relationships and client accounts with our custodians and trustees. Prior to joining CSM Capital Corporation, Ms. Brosky was the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman of ABN AMRO. Previously, she oversaw the support staff of the Investment Bank at ING Barings LLC (formerly Furman Selz) where she was also the Executive Assistant to the Head of Investment Banking. Before that, she was the Executive Assistant to the Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets at UBS Securities. Prior to that, she was an Executive Assistant at Field Point Capital Corporation working for the President. Ms. Brosky also worked for the Head of Corporate Finance at Columbia Savings and Loan in Beverly Hills, California prior to her position at Field Point Capital Corporation. Ms. Brosky started her career as a sales assistant on the Capital Markets Desk at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. and went on to work for the Head of Capital Markets and International Investment Banking at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. Ms. Brosky attended St. John's University in Jamaica, New York and the School of Irish Studies in Dublin, Ireland.

Gus Vlamakis

 is an Assistant Vice President at CSM Capital Corporation. Mr. Vlamakis is primarily responsible for operations related duties. This includes providing support to third party vendors, reconciliation of account balances, distribution of materials, and editing of performance reports. Mr. Vlamakis also provides support to the investment management team with various projects and market research. Additionally, Mr. Vlamakis provides a progressive expertise in IT functions such as system analysis, design, project management, business process reengineering, change management, change control and user training. Mr. Vlamakis graduated from CUNY, Queens College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Ravi N. Renjen

 is an Assistant Vice President at CSM Capital Corporation. Mr. Renjen's principal duties include conducting due diligence research on third party investment managers as well as dealing with administrators, auditors, custodians and other third parties involved in the management of funds. Mr. Renjen has over seven years of experience in the financial services industry and previously worked at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Renjen received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 2004.
